Stürmer Maschinen takes over pro)SALES-AEROTEC

The producer and machinery wholesaler Stürmer Maschinen has added another company to its corporate group. In addition to the well-known brands Aircraft and Fini, the Seligenstadt-based pro)SALES GmbH with its brand AEROTEC Kompressoren now belongs to the Upper Franconian group of companies since August 2, 2021.

Despite the integration into the Stürmer Group, nothing will change in AEROTEC's corporate structure or location. In the future, AEROTEC will continue to operate as an independent company under the management of Thorsten Hubacek, Jens Markert and Stefan Wolf from Seligenstadt in Hessen.

Both companies have achieved an excellent position as compressor suppliers in their market segment over the past few years.

With well thought-out strategic concepts, both AEROTEC and the Stürmer Group of Companies succeeded in driving successful business development, expanding their customer base and offering innovative solutions for their customer´s needs.

The acquisition creates Germany's largest supplier of piston compressors in the professional sector and also strengthens the company's position in the screw compressor segment. In the future, both companies intend to combine their individual strengths as well as their many years of experience and knowledge in the field of compressed air technology and exploit synergies in order to expand the newly acquired position through united efforts.
