Stürmer Maschinen at BLECHEXPO 2021

See, touch, try out: For a long time, trade fairs had no longer been possible. Therefore, it is now all the more pleasing that the Blechexpo-Schweisstec trade fair duo will take place as planned from 26 to 29 October 2021 in Stuttgart and that we can once again look forward to an intensive, personal exchange. Stürmer Maschinen will also be there with its METALLKRAFT and SCHWEIßKRAFT brands, presenting new, optimised technologies from the fields of metalworking and welding technology that have been tried and tested for many years.

Press brake GBP PLUS for high-end applications

If you want to find out more about bending, cutting and grinding the Metallkraft experts in Hall 3 at Stand 3511 will give you an insight into new developments. There you can examine two series of hydraulic CNC press brakes, namely the GBP BASIC and the GBP PLUS. While the former series is ideally suited as an entry-level model, the GBP Plus series is a very heavy construction that has been specially designed for high-end applications. Their massive construction enables permanently quiet operating behaviour and consequently precise bending results, even with continuous use at the performance limit. Other machines that you can experience up close at the exhibition stand are a motorised folding machine and a metal wide belt sanding machine. In addition, you will have the opportunity to view two plate shears - hydraulic and motorised - and learn about the respective advantages of both systems.

Metal band saws for perfect cutting surfaces

You will find an overview of our extensive range of metal band saws in Hall 10, Stand 10503. There we will present an extract from our range of swing frame metal band saws, with which you can saw stainless steel, tool steel, hollow profiles and solid material without effort. With their 25° inclined saw bow, these sawing machines can perform mitre cuts up to +60° and are available in many different versions - hydraulic, semi-automatic or fully automatic. Furthermore, we will show you a fully automatic two-column horizontal metal band saw.

Welding technology for high demands

All your questions about welding technology will be answered by our experts in Hall 7, Stand 7304. Here we will present a wide range of products from our Schweißkraft brand, including electrode grinders, welding tables, helmets and gloves. The focus will be on our Vario Protect welding helmets, which with their True Color Display enable true colour recognition and take your welding processes to a whole new level. Equipped with four sensors that detect the arc, the automatic welding helmet needs less than a millisecond to darken the field of vision.
