- Material roller conveyor with stable U-shaped closed construction made of 3 mm sheet steel profile
- Support rollers made of galvanized steel (optionally also available with plastic rollers)
- Supported rollers ball-bearing
- The maximum measuring length is the length of the track minus the stop length 450 mm
- Length measuring device with handwheel adjustment
- Roller and measuring track with digital LED dimension display in mm, electrical connection 230 V, 50 Hz with power supply unit
- Measuring stop adjustable by handwheel from the workplace, with pneumatic brake for measuring fixation
- Sturdy material stop trolley, 12 ball bearings, movable on large dimensioned guide profile. The stop arm is adjustable and hinged.
- For roller conveyors with a length of more than 5 m, a cable drag chain is used
- Mounting side as desired right or left
- 5-digit LED measurement display for constant, millimeter-accurate control of the current position of the stop car
- Position indicator with hollow shaft encoder mounted directly on the drive shaft
- Measuring accuracy / m: ± 0.5 mm
- 900 mm long stop arm
- Stop plate adjustable to zero point and manually hinged backwards
