Two-column guided horizontal saw for sawing solid bars and bar profiles
Siemens S7-1500 control with wide range of functions and operation via 7" large touch display
Material library with preset sawing parameters and characteristic curves
Cutting movement is made by circulation spindle and servo motor
With ARP (automatic cutting feed control) -> Automatic saw blade feed depending on material resistance. Feed rate is constantly adapted to the current cutting load. ARP enables shorter working processes and at the same time longer service life of the saw bands.
Automatic positioning after entering the desired angle
Hydraulic clamping of the turntable enables accurate angular cutting
Robust machine body and smallest possible distances between saw blade, machine guide and workpiece minimizes vibrations for highest sawing performance
Infinitely variable cutting speed from 15 - 150 m/min
Saw band is driven by bevel gear, asynchronous motor and frequency converter
For straight cuts, material is clamped in front of and behind the cut by a two-part vice
Pressure adjustment of the hydraulic vice tension via control valve with manometer
Saw blade inclination of 7° and hydraulic saw blade tensioning increase the service life of the saw blade
front band guide moves automatically parallel to the movable vice jaw
chip clearing brush driven by band roller
Emulsion cooling with liquid distribution into the saw band guides and directly into the cutting channel
