Active mode of operation

While conventional oil-water separators work according to the gravity principle and the condensate seeps through the filter medium, the condensate in the QWIK-PURE is actively pressed through the pre-filter and main filter with light blasts of compressed air. The cartridge is permanently filled with liquid. This means that nothing can dry out and form impermeable boundary layers. On the other hand, there are hardly any problematic cultures that operators or service personnel can come into contact with.
The hermetically sealed design means that neither users nor service personnel come into contact with the substances inside. Everything that has been bound in the pre-filter and main filter reliably remains there and does not contaminate people in the vicinity or the discharged treated condensate.
In the event of power and compressed air loss
The integrated FRC controller reliably displays the current residual capacity of the cartridges and automatically monitors when condensate needs to be pushed through with light blasts of compressed air. If there are any problems, measures are initiated automatically and an alarm is triggered. In this case, the QWIK-PURE continues to work like a conventional gravity separator.
