Approximately 90% of the heat lost in the compressor during operation. In times of constantly rising electricity and energy costs, this heat can be used meaningfully. With the HRS heat recovery module you can save money in your company. An integrated plate heat exchanger additionally heats your water.
- Can be used with all oil-injected screw compressors
- Reduce large energy costs with relatively little effort
- Available in five different sizes for 11 - 75 kW compressor output
- Compact design
- Easy installation (simply connect to the oil circuit of your compressor and your water circuit)
- Connection thread 4 x ¾ "outside
Facts and arguments:
The amount of recovery depends on the size of the compressors and the type of energy exchanged (electricity, gas, fuel oil), but for compressors with 11 kW connected power and above, such an investment becomes interesting. In view of the current energy costs, the depreciation period of heat recovery systems is between 6 months and 2 years (for a plate heat exchanger for heating systems).
Heat recovery provides a real opportunity to increase the effectiveness of a compressed air system. The energy cost implications are three times greater than those of a variable speed compressor and 20 times greater than those of an IE3 or permanent magnet motor.
